Tomato Fest Sunday Classes Tomato Fest Sunday Classes 21-Apr-2011   Sunday, May 1st Classes Description 10:00-10:30 HYDROGARDENING, presented by Matt Cowger, Owner Of Sea Of Green Hydrogardens Matt will lead us through the basics of hydroponics. This is something totally new to us.  I'm very interested in what he has to share.  It will be nice to compare the differences in gardening techniques.    1:00-2:00 Worm Class (Kid's Class) Presented by Viola's The ins and outs of worms! Either they love them or hate worms the kids are going to enjoy this class all about the worms.    2:00-4:00 Heirloom and Hybrid Tomatoes Presented By: Kim Costion And Mario Valeruz This is the final class of the weekend.  It is all about the almighty tomato.  Kim and her husband own Ashokala Gardens and is an instuctor @ the northern as community colleges.  She is a treat to listen to.  Mario is from Garland's Lodge Oak Creek, AZ the AZ original heirloom orchard.  Mario is the greenhouse manager and in charge of their vegetable production.  These two together are going to be good.   Comment Was this helpful?
