At Viola's Flower Garden! We purchased the 4th street Farmers Market Chile Roasters. Our staff was trained by previous roaster Brian himself. Viola's chilistas are the best in the business. Our chiles are farm fresh, shipped in weekly in a refrigerated truck directly from Hatch, New Mexico.
